Crop your pics before uploading them using your phone or laptop, make the main object to stay at the center of the image. For example:

Good ✅
Use simple backgrounds
Try to use an image where the subject is distinguishable from the scene, and where the background doesn't have many elements. For example:
Bad (too many objects in the scene)❌
Good (backgrounds are simpler) ✅
